Keeping the Arts Alive
Focused on Growing Minds
… and Exposing Our Communities to Culture
The CASC is made up of nine board members and four officers. We are a very experienced group with various business backgrounds, but most importantly years and years of community involvement.
As the former Parker Arts Council, we have an established history of 10 years in the community for bringing some of the finest community theatre to the area in addition to musical performances that enhance our area.
We are branching further out to the sciences by offering programs in astronomy, local robotics and soon in the world of bee’s! We’re looking to build our science programs up to be one of the leading programs in the state for both youth and adults.
Within every community, there needs to be culture and cultural awareness. Our two fundraising programs bring just that to our community. We have two celebrations each year that bring out the flavor of true cultural heritage.
Parker Oktoberfest: Steeped in Tradition

We will also have kids rides including an obstacle course, bungee tramp, a slide and much more! The festival boasts over 100 total vendors and a variety of activities for children.
The 9th Annual Parker Oktoberfest will be held on Saturday, September 20, from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday, September 21, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
